Automatic (manual) high pressure backwash lter station The hydraulic system used in the hydraulic support of underground fully mechanized mining in coal mines is in a high pollution situation of underground coal dust. The emulsi- ed oil tank of the hydraulic system is easily polluted by coal ash powder, which causes abnormal wear or damage to the seals of the hydraulic system, and causes frequent failures within time, causing great harm to the normal operation of fully mechanized mining equip- ment. According to relevant national safety production standards, our company organized efforts to develop FLGLZ2000A manual high-pressure and high-precision backwash lter station and FLGLZ2000Z automatic high-pressure and high-precision backwash lter station. This engineering technology is to lter the working medium at the initial stage of fully mechanized mining hydraulic system. The purpose of design and development is to control the cleanliness of the working medium of the hydraulic system from the source, provide cleaner emulsion for the hydraulic system, reduce the working load of each component of the subsystem, further improve the hydraulic system and working stability, greatly reduce the incidence of system failure, and prolong the service life of various components of the hydraulic system. Product Features: The working medium at the source of the hydraulic system is ltered, so that the cleanliness of the working medium is obviously improved when the work- ing medium enters the next component system, which creates excellent conditions for the secondary ltration and working conditions of the system components, better re ects the working performance of each subsystem component, and greatly improves the working ef ciency of the hydraulic system itself and each component. The manual high-pressure and high-precision backwash lter station adopts manual control to lter the hydraulic system of the fully mechanized mining face, and the automatic high-pressure and high-precision backwash lter station adopts electromagnetic pilot valve control to lter the hydraulic system of the fully mechanized mining face.
